A recovery project for youths, female and male,
who have fallen behind us,
but who we don't want to leave behind.
An academy to train and supervise young pizza makers and cooks
by selecting them in the most disadvantaged neighborhoods of Naples.
Initially the Academy will operate in the world of pizza
and restaurants.
But it won't stop there.
